Oral insulin platforms to address various biological barriers are summarized by O. C. Farokhzad, W. Tao, and co‐workers in their Minireview on page 19787. Representative advances in facilitating oral insulin delivery are demonstrated, including strategies centered on moieties‐mediated transport, cell‐penetrating peptide‐assisted permeation, smart oral robotics transport, and microenvironment‐responsive release.
