Underwater anisotropic 3D superoleophobic track is prepared on the PDMS by the femtosecond laser etching and oxygen plasma treatment. The underwater superoleophobic 3D track shows ultralow adhesion and anisotropic sliding property to oil droplets. The underwater oil droplets lossless manipulation is realized, which is of great importance in various miniature systems for both chemical and biological applications.
